GETTING STARTED

Do you service my area?

Currently we offer cleaning services in Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, and Millcreek. If you are near one of those towns we still may be able to accommodate you, please call today to discuss with our team!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes a general cleaning of every room in your home. In this we include dusting, cleaning surfaces, mopping and vacuuming, and cleaning the exterior of fixtures and appliances. Also included is the full cleaning of your bathrooms including toilets and tubs, and the tidying of bedrooms. Ask us about our “extras” that include things like cleaning the inside of appliances or interior windows.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

Our deep cleaning includes all of the services found in our standard cleaning plus additional services such as: cleaning baseboards, windows, extra detail on floors and walls, and deeper cleaning of areas that require more attention. This service is typically only needed during your first cleaning with us!

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home as well as the total square footage of the home. Call today to get a price over the phone immediately! Our prices are typically packaged in a flat rate but occasionally we will bill by the hour for first time customers or move-out cleanings!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Please let us know when you book if you would prefer for us to use any of your own supplies or your home’s vaccuum.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Ask us about our extras when you call! Extras include: baseboards, windows, inside of appliances, pet hair, blinds, inside of cabinets, and dishes.

Can I trust my cleaners?

All of our cleaners pass thorough background checks and go through multiple screeners and interviews with our team before ever being hired. After hiring all of our cleaners go through professional training and must pass multiple examinations before entering any customer’s home!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously. This applies for online and over the phone bookings.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window).

What is your refund policy?

If YOU are not satisfied, WE are not satisfied.  After the service, we ask you perform the mandatory walk through inspection with your cleaning team. As a guideline, please use our cleaning checklist during the walk through. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed, our team is happy to re-clean any missed areas per your request, FREE OF CHARGE at the TIME OF SERVICE.  Please inspect CAREFULLY.
