About the Job:
- Hourly pay, starting at $15-$22 an hour with bonuses and tips
- Paid training (usually 2-5 days)
- Hourly pay increases with performance and time with the company, most employees earn more
- Cleaning teams keep all tips and gifts for themselves
- We offer paid holidays (take the day off and still get paid!)
- We offer a $150 signing bonus as well as referral bonuses for new hires
- We provide company cars for you to use to get from job to job and back to our office
- Holiday bonuses
All of our cleaners start as part-time and work up their hours toward full-time. Cleaning can be physically demanding and we want to make sure you are prepared and comfortable!
